SUSHISAMBA,
CITY
Don't look up at the view, when exiting the taxi at arrival. You will get dizzy. The lift is truly Roald Dahl’s glass lift, taking you to the top, in other word to the 38th floor of the Heron Tower (now Saleforce Tower).
And yes, as the name gives away, the cuisine is a mix of Japanese and Brazilian dishes, but made unrecognisable and delicious by SUSHISAMBA's chefs. The waiters can help you unscramble the menu.
As its sister restaurants in USA, the brains in the kitchen have matched the best from the Asian and south American cuisine. Followed by the most amazing desserts.
After dinner, go via the bar onto the terrace, and gaze at the fantastic view and the gold leaf tree (actually growing here on this 38th floor). Where do you get to eat with a view like this, apart from the Shard or picnic on the London eye?
