ST. MARTINS LANE, COVENT GARDEN
Philippe Starck is behind St Martins Lane, in our opinion still one of the best design hotels in London.
Just minutes away from Covent Garden, you can't find a better location in central London. The hotel is now, like its "sisterhotels" Sanderson and Mondrian Hotel, owned by Morgans Hotel Group in the US.
St. Martins Lane has to bars (Blind Spot and The Den) and the famous restaurant Asia De Cuba. (follow link to read more)
The guest rooms have a minimalist setting with floor to ceiling windows, a simple desk and a rotating shelf with TV and minibar, but the interactive light display gives you a lot to play with. The hotel looks great from the outside in the evening, when every room has a different light setting
If you are looking for a great evening, you don't have to leave the hotel at all. The dinner at the restaurant Asia de Cuba is very exciting. Before or after dinner you can enjoy a drink in the long and narrow Blind Spot bar. You may use some time to find it. Look out for the golden teeth.

Many hotels guarantee the lowest possible rate at their own home page. In addition they often have some good extras to give to the customers that book directly. What they save on fees to the different booking sites, they now can share with the direct customers; stuff like free minibar og a bottle of wine, restaurant discounts, breakfast included, bonus stays. Check their internet site or call them to ask what they can offer.
