SOUTH BANK, LONDON

One of the best tips on a lazy Sunday is a trip to the South Bank. Start at either London Design Museum at Shed Thames and walk west or at London Eye and walk east. The stretch of riverside is packed with entertainment of all interest; from street artists to the art in Tate Modern, great architecture, a lot of restaurants and cafes, design shops and museums. On your way you will pass London Design Museum, Tower Bridge, the new County Hall, Hay's Galleria, Vinopolis, London Dungeon, the Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, Tate Modern, the Millennium Bridge, Oxo Tower, the National Theatre, Gabriel's Wharf, the London Eye, London Aquarium and the old London County Hall (with different exhibitions - from Star Wars to Salvador Dali).
