Roast is located in the middle of Borough Market.

From the second floor it has an amazing view over the many stalls. During breakfast or lunch you can get a birds eye view on the goings-on at the stalls during the most hectic hours of the day.

The two storey level dining area has a relaxed atmosphere and is partly covered by glass windows letting rays of light in and opening up the room.

Roast has a great menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The focus is mostly on British dishes, often naming the origin of the main ingredient, e.g. Torbay Dover Sole or Launceston Lamb.

Just look out the window to see where much of the food comes from. And don't forget the many "yummy" British Puddings for dessert.

Borough Market is a gourmet food market, with over 70 stalls filled with fresh product from near and far. This include meat, fish, fruit, pastry etc.  It is open Wednesday to Saturday.
