THE O2 ARENA, LONDON

The O2 is a a large entertainment complex east of Central London, and home to the O2 Arena, a huge selection of restaurants and a lagre cinema complex. The O2 Arena is one of the largest pop and rock concert venues in Europe. It was also used as a arena for gymnastics and basketball during the 2012 Olympic Games. It has a capacity of approx. 20000, and girls: 548 toilets ! The O2 Arena was earlier known as the Millennium Dome which closed at the end of 2000. I was redeveloped as an multi purpose indoor arena and entertainment complex, finished in 2007. Even if it's a bit far from Central London, this is a nice excursion with kids - even on days without a concert.
