The restaurant Aqua Shard is located on level 31 in London’s last newcomer to the city’s skyline.

The lift will make your ears pop on the way up. But finally there, you are met by a true wow-factor. The view from this spectacular sky rise on the South Bank is breathtaking, regardless which window you choose to look out through.

Stepping down the wide staircase you arrive at the bar and restaurant. Aqua Shard serves contemporary British cuisine. Depending on time of day or where the sun shines from, you can have breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner.

And last but not least is the Sunday lunch with everything including roast beef and Yorkshire pudding.

The bar menu is inspired by The Savoy’s Cocktail Book from the 1930s. Many of the tasty cocktails are served in very tall cocktails glass, reflecting the tall elegance of the Shard.
