As part of the Nimb Tivoli restaurants connected to Nimb Hotel, the Brasserie serves the best from the French kitchen. On Sundays the brasserie boast of their 11 brunch with 11 different Bloody Marys and 11 French brunch classics to choose from. The interior has an elegant modern feeling with dark furniture and large windows allowing the lights from the outside Tivoli Garden, be it sunshine or the beautiful night time lights after the sunset. Brasserie Nimb is open all year round (even if Tivoli Gardens are closed)
