The famous Raddison Blue Royal Hotel is completely designed by Arne Jacobsen - chairs, tables, lamps, cutlery and the building itself are all from the mind of this great Danish architect. The density of Egg-chairs and the Swan must be the highest in the world.

 

The influence of people like Arne Jacobsen, Poul Kjærholm, Jørn Utzon, Georg Jensen and Poul Henningsen among others have had a huge impact on international design and architecture. The Louisiana museum of Modern Art is an oasis 40 minutes north of Copenhagen.
