Heavenly lightness of good food with ingredients which originates from the Northern countries - New Danish Cuisine. Voted the best restaurant in the world in 2011, 2012 and  2014 (No 3 in 2015), Noma takes you on a trip filled with exciting and technically advanced flavours. Don't expect the traditional gourmet dishes, this is a very special, strange and advanced journey through a collection of small dishes, which ends in a culinary once in a lifetime experience. The lack of the traditional dishes and ingredients may explain the missing third star. And naturally: Book well in advance! Noma just announced that they are closing down in the end of 2016, so if you want to experience the restaurant, remember to do so before Rene Redzepi move to Christiania with his new concept (under the Noma brand)
