Central Kitchen is the huge restaurant at Hotel Skt Petri. The hotel's breakfast restaurant in the morning and a high end restaurant in the evening. Intelligent light settings transfers the restaurant from the one to the other. The menu is  modern Scandinavian and include lobster and tartar as starters. For the main course you can combine your own meal from a set of produce including beef, lamb, pork, chicken or fish with a selection of sauces and side orders such as salads, hot vegetables or crispy sides.
